Description

Littleleaf Cotoneaster, is a low-growing evergreen to semi-evergreen shrub or ground cover that typically grows to 2-3’ tall but spreads to as much as 6-8’ wide. It is native to the Himalayas. It has firm, horizontal, spreading branches are covered with shiny small dark green leaves that are only about half an inch small with gray undersides. Small petaled white flowers appear in clusters from April through June. Flowers are followed by round red berries which persist into the winter.
