This perennial will grow 12"-36" and produces large blue-green rosettes that last for a long season. It produces large, silky, lavender pink flowers that have lime-green, purple spotted calyces.

'Karley Rose' is the most significant of the Fountain Grasses. It is, known for its decorative, rose purple plumes move elegantly in the wind. It can be used in containers. 'Karley Rose' is a cold hardy variety that holds its blooms throughout the season. Tolerant of both drought and partial shade, this fountain grass has winter interest and has no major pest or disease issues.

Saltillo Evening Primrose

This ground cover grows quickly to 6" x 4'. The dense mat of dark green foliage provides a nice back drop for the large butter yellow flowers. Blooms appear spring through fall. The flowers have a sweet fragrance and are open from dusk to early morning. Native to northeast Mexico.

Fire Glow Hot Poker

Common name:Fire Glow Hot Poker
Botanical name:Kniphofia 'Fire Glow'

'Fire Glow Poker' forms numerous spikes of florescent red flowers the first year and repeat blooming from July through October in mild climates. It has a compact habit with multiple crowns, narrow, grassy leaves, and excellent vigor. It has a short habit, grassy short leaves, and reblooms all summer into fall. Grows and flowers very quickly. This clumping perennial reaches about 3' high and equally wide. It does best with heat and full sun. Butterflies and hummingbirds love the flowers. Needs regular watering but must dry between watering.
